Private Tours

We offer private, custom tours and transportation.

Private tours include pick up and drop off at your hotel, B & B, or agreed upon location within 50 miles of Louisville (Lexington, KY and other cities can be included for an additional transportation charge). Tours of distilleries*, wineries, horse farms, and other attractions can be included. We offer three experiences in a touring day. For larger parties and shorter touring days we offer a Panera box lunch with the price of the ticket. If your group is interested in having a sit down lunch at a restaurant, the cost of lunch is NOT included with the ticket price.

Tour Rates

(All rates are subject to a 6% KY state sales tax and a 6% transaction fee)
For groups of 2-3 the rate is 799$ per day
For groups of 4-7 the rate is 250$ per person/ per day
For groups of 8 or more the rate is 225$ per person/ per day

Because the state of Kentucky is fairly large, we have divided our tours into three distinct regions to keep driving to a minimum and allow more time for visiting our great attractions. See list of distilleries by region below for an idea of what can be combined in a one-day tour. If there are stops in different regions talk to us about scheduling a two or three day tour for even more excitement!

Cancellation/Amendment Policy for Tours due to Weather or other Unprecedented Conditions

Unfortunately, sometimes things don’t go as planned. Sometimes we have to cancel or reconfigure tours due to snow, ice, distillery closures, or other issues beyond our control. BourbonTown Tours reserves the right to swap out one experience for another similar experience or location if necessary with or without advance notice.  If reworking a tour is the only option we will provide that at no additional cost to the guest. If it is necessary to rework certain segments of the tour, no guest credit or refund will be awarded.  If it it is necessary to cancel the entire tour, you will be refunded 100%.
